Terms of Use

By creating an account or using ProjectD, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You are responsible for activity on your account. You must follow community rules, compete fairly, and respect other players and staff. Cheating, exploiting, harassment, hate speech, or abuse of hosting or moderation systems may result in warnings, loss of progress, invalidated accounts, or permanent removal of access.

Linking a Steam ID is optional but required for certain features (saved lap times, season ranking, and similar). You may only link Steam accounts you own and control.

ProjectD is a community platform for Assetto Corsa–related racing, leaderboards, teams, competitions, and optional server hosting. The service is provided on a best-effort basis and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued in whole or in part as the project evolves.

Free access includes core gameplay features described on the site. Paid plans (Street and Midnight) add subscriber perks such as profile customization, exclusive events, monthly badges, and early access as described on the pricing page. Paid plans do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, specific event schedules, or permanent availability of any perk.

Street and Midnight are billed monthly through Clerk billing. Prices and included features are shown at checkout and on the pricing page. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

No refunds. All subscription payments are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, downgrades, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with features or server availability. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

You may cancel at any time from Profile → Subscription → Manage subscription. After cancellation, access to paid perks continues until the end of the current billing period, then your account returns to Free unless you resubscribe.

Upgrading from Street to Midnight takes effect according to Clerk's billing rules for your account. Downgrades or plan changes may also be handled through the billing portal and may not take effect until the next billing cycle.

You retain ownership of content you submit (profile text, team names, guides, etc.), but you grant ProjectD a license to display, store, and process that content to operate the service. Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful material.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms or community standards, with or without notice.

ProjectD is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProjectD and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Assetto Corsa and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. ProjectD is an independent community project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Kunos Simulazioni or other rights holders unless stated otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes may also be communicated through the site or Discord when appropriate.

For billing disputes (excluding refund requests, which are not offered), account issues, or legal inquiries, contact the ProjectD team through Discord or other official channels listed on the site.
